Return Policy

1. All returns must have a return authorization number

2. All returns must be in original boxes.

3. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless product is defective.

4. All returns must be returned with 2 weeks of shipment unless product is defective then 30 days.

5. Any product damaged by the freight carrier cannot be returned for credit. Contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Shipping cost associated with returns is purchaser’s responsibility.

7. Products returned C.O.D. will be refused. Unauthorized "Freight Collect" charges will be denied.

8. All shortages must be reported within 5 days of shipment pricing.

9. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

10. Any offer made in error is subject to revocation to correct mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions.
